As an online coach and personal trainer, I strive to inspire, motivate and energise my clients to help them achieve their goals. I take into account the individual requirements of each client and plan out their sessions accordingly. Through a combination of nutritional advice and personalised exercise programmes, my clients are guaranteed to get the results they are aiming for.
I believe I am able to relate to my clients on a personal level, as I have had my own share of successes and challenges. Some of these include losing 5 stone in weight, competing in (and winning) three boxing matches, and even becoming a bodybuilder, and achieving PRO status. My experiences allow me to empathise with my clients, whilst providing them with the guidance and support they need to overcome their obstacles.
