Each coach brings a unique specialism, from strength and conditioning to weight loss, mobility, athletic performance, and mindset coaching. More importantly, every one of them has experienced their own personal transformation. Owner & Head Coach

Saz has experienced an incredible transformation since beginning her fitness journey nine years ago. Her path has included substantial weight loss, competitive boxing, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and so much more - giving her a deep understanding of what it truly takes to grow stronger both physically and mentally.

As a coach, Saz works with both male and female clients to build a healthier, stronger lifestyle without becoming fixated on the scales. Her ethos is all about balance: achieving your goals while still living your life to the fullest. With Saz, you’ll learn how to train with purpose, build confidence, and create sustainable habits that last.

Jen is a qualified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and pre- and post-natal specialist, dedicated to helping women stay strong and confident through every stage of motherhood. With a holistic approach, Jen looks beyond the gym floor - considering nutrition, stress, daily habits, and overall mindset to create personalised plans that truly fit each individual. She’s driven by the desire to empower clients to reach their full potential, enhancing both physical capability and mental resilience while still ensuring that life can be lived to the fullest.

At Monkey Wellbeing, Ade focuses on helping clients build a positive, guilt-free relationship with food and exercise through personal training and bespoke nutrition plans. His goal is to move clients away from restriction and towards long-lasting, holistic results - supporting not only physical progress but
better mental wellbeing too.

Her coaching centres around balanced, personalised fitness plans and supportive nutritional guidance, encouraging clients to enjoy food without unnecessary restrictions. Having overcome an eating disorder herself, Han deeply understands the importance of building a healthy, positive relationship with food. Her philosophy is simple: life is about balance - you can enjoy what you love while still making meaningful progress toward your goals.
