FITNESS CLASSES

Our classes at ISFitness are designed to motivate, challenge, and support you at every stage of your fitness journey. Training in a group environment creates energy, accountability, and consistency - helping you push harder, stay committed, and enjoy the process. With a wide variety of class styles led by our expert coaches, every session offers structure, progression, and encouragement, ensuring you stay engaged and continue to make progress.

 

Whether you’re building strength, improving fitness, or simply showing up for yourself, our classes provide the motivation and community that make training both effective and enjoyable.

Curves & Core.

MONDAY // 7AM

This lower body & abs strength class will help you build muscle and tone your legs, glutes, and core. We will focus on exercises that target the major muscle groups of the lower body, including but not solely squats, lunges, and hipthrusters. You'll use a variety of equipment and weights to challenge your muscles and increase your strength on a weekly basis. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling strong and energized. Exercises can be adapted to tailor for injury or rehabilitation.

Lift.

MONDAY // 6.30PM

A high-energy, strength class, designed to help you build and maintain muscle We will focus on all major muscle groups, including chest, back, arms,
core and legs.

Using a variety of equipment, including free weights and cables, each class will be a full body workout that will leave you feeling strong and pumped.
 

You will complete compound exercises as well as isolation exercises to help you reach your goals.

Hybrid.

TUESDAY // 6.30PM

A dynamic blend of strength, power, and functional conditioning.

​

This session is designed to challenge your whole body through controlled intensity and purposeful strength work. You’ll move through stations that build muscular endurance, functional power, and overall athletic capability, helping you feel stronger, more resilient, and confident in your training.

​

Expect a mix of strength-focused intervals and functional movements using equipment such as wall balls, sleds, battle ropes, kettlebells, and more. Every class is structured to keep you progressing, improving technique, and developing well-rounded fitness — without relying heavily on traditional cardio.

Strength & Sculpt.

WEDNESDAY // 7AM

This high-energy, strength and sculpt class is designed to help you build and maintain muscle, whilst burning fat.

We will focus on all major muscle groups, including chest, back, arms, and legs.

 

Using a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises, each class will be a full body workout that will leave you feeling strong and energised.

Boxfit

WEDNESDAY // 6.30PM

This boxing-based class is designed to help you build strength, sharpen technique, and boost overall fitness while working up a serious sweat.

 

Expect pad work, punch combinations, and conditioning drills that improve power, coordination, and confidence — all in a fun, high-energy environment.

 

Whether you're here to relieve stress, tone up, or learn something new, this session delivers a full-body challenge that leaves you feeling stronger and more empowered. Pads and gloves will be provided if you don’t have your own.

CirCon.

THURSDAY // 6.30PM

CirCon is our circuit-based conditioning class designed to build strength, mobility, and overall functional fitness.

 

You’ll move through a variety of stations using smaller equipment — such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements — all focused on improving movement quality, muscular endurance, and full-body control.

 

With a balance of structured circuits and targeted conditioning work, this class keeps you challenged, engaged, and progressing at your own pace. CirCon is the perfect blend of movement, technique, and sweat, suitable for all abilities

Sweat & Shape.

FRIDAY // 7AM

Get ready for an intense, sweaty workout! This class will provide a full-body workout that will work your muscles and get your heart rate up. You'll start with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready for the workout.

 

Next, you'll move on to a series of strength and conditioning exercises using weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to challenge your muscles and get your heart pumping and your sweat dripping.
