CLASS & COURSE DETAILS
A high intensity class for all ages and abilities. Rest assured, each exercise within the class can and will be made easier or harder (altered to suit your fitness level) so that you are constantly pushing your limits while being carefully monitored in a controlled environment. Your wellbeing and safety are always our primary concern.

Circuits
A high-intensity, fat burning, all body
workout, designed to push you to your limits. Every session, you will be faced with a W.O.D. (workout of the day) where your challenge will be to improve on either your time or your reps. All of this, whilst maintaining the highest level of technique possible.

X-FIT
This boxing based, HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) class is designed for you to work up a sweat, burn fat, relieve stress and improve confidence while having fun at the same time. Pads and gloves will be provided if you do not have any.

Box & Burn
Training your core helps to improve your posture and reduces the likelihood of lower back pain. This versatile class will work all areas of your mid-section, strengthening your foundation and defining your abdominal muscles

Abs Blast
This carefully structured, 12-week course, will help you to improve all areas of your strength, core stability and cardiovascular fitness. You will also be able to see your progress and improvement as the course develops. Battle ropes, tyres, sledge hammers, plyo boxes, prowlers to name just a few will help you achieve this.

Functional Fitness
Come rain or shine, our outdoor fitness classes are the best way to burn those calorie, whilst taking in the beautiful surroundings of Macclesfield. We bring the same high energy to our outdoor classes as we do to training in the ISFitness facility and all under the watchful eye of our experienced coaches. This running based class also offers a variety of exercises ensuring that you will receive a fantastic, full body workout.

Outdoor Fitness
Come rain or shine, getting out in the fresh air is a simple way to stay healthy. (During the months that this class is on) we will meet at ISFitness and head down to the 108 steps in Macclesfield at a steady, controlled warm up pace. After a group stretch we will be challenge ourselves against one of Macclesfield’s prestigious landmarks. Each week the structure of the class will change, challenges will be set and times written down so that you can see your progress. All before heading back as a group to our starting point.
